My work is rooted in a deep reverence for the elements, animals, and the unseen threads that connect us all. I walk with spirit, with Earth, and with the wisdom that lives in our bodies and hearts.
My journey has taken me through many layers of healing. From lifes vast experiences, plant medicine, energy work, sacred rituals, and the wild terrain and teacher that is our emotions, I have and continue to welcome transformation.
